The Mt. Philo Inn is ideally located in rural Charlotte, Vermont’s most affluent town, in the heart of the picturesque Champlain Valley. The town is full of successful agricultural ventures, a lovely shoreline, and well-appointed homes. Surrounded by conserved fields and mountain ranges, the inn allows easy access to the restaurants, galleries, and shops of Burlington and Middlebury.

The West Wing suite includes 1700 sq. ft. of private living space, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and a complete kitchen.

Mt. Philo State Park is located right behind the property, and offers the best accessible 360° views in Vermont! Pack a picnic and head to the park on our private road for a day of hiking, nature and fun in the great outdoors.
