Town Beach: Located on Lake Road near the Holmes Covered Bridge, open to residents and non-residents. Esquire Magazine says: "Charlotte beach ain't dotted with cabanas or lapped by azure waters. the shoreline is several centuries from becoming sand, and the water is the dark 120 mile-long Lake Champlain, known for its whipping winds. But after a long northeast winter, you'd think it was the Riviera Stop at the Old Brick Store for grub and watch the sun warm the Adirondacks across the lake"Beach stickers are available at the beach, which is open 9 A.M to 9 P.M daily, Memorial Day through Labor Day. Seasonal stickers cost $10 for residents and $20 for non-residents. Season stickers for a second vehicle cost $2. Seasonal windsurfing passes cost $20 for residents and $40 for non-residents. Day stickers cost $1 for residents and $2 for non-residents.
