Apartment #2

Each furnished apartment is quite spacious, with great views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondacks. This sprawling apartment of over 1500 sq. ft. is very comfortably furnished. It features two private entrances, two private exterior porches, plus an additional large wood paneled interior porch, and a sunroom. Queen beds are in each of  2 bedrooms, with a fold-out futon in one of the two living rooms. A complete kitchen includes full size appliances. The walk in pantry remains from the days when this was the winter kitchen for the Inn. A washer & dryer are in the linen room. Cable TV, VCR, CD player, tape deck and radio are included. A high speed cable internet connection is now available. 
 

 
West porch is incredibly comfortable with great views of Lake Champlain. This 9'x24' porch has built in wooden shutters, and was perhaps the only room in the house that needed no renovation. 

The north living room has a 27" cable TV & high speed internet connection, VCR, DVD, CD player, radio and tape deck. All the woodwork is original.
 

View of the dining area. The windows that you see are part of the interior south porch. Significant storage or work areas are found off a door to the left.

Kitchen and dining area. The door in the middle leads to a walk-in pantry. This room used to be the "winter kitchen" for the Inn.

South living room, with connection to the enclosed porch. There are 3 full size pocket doors in this apartment.

North bedroom through north living room. This apartment has three original sets of pocket doors.

This garden is immediately outside the door to #2. We have over 8 flower gardens as well as a vegetable garden.
