The downstairs area is quite large, with a central hallway (10' x 22') leading to the stairs (far left). It has a washer/dryer, in a closeted area to the left of this picture. A full bath is found through the door on the left. The office (far right door) has a phone, high speed internet connectivity, and great views of Mt. Philo and the back gardens.	Apartment #4 is the largest in the house, with 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms and 2 porches. This 2 story unit is very comfortably furnished. Queen beds are in 2 bedrooms, while a third has been set up as an office. A fold-out futon is one of the two living rooms. A complete kitchen includes full size appliances. A washer & dryer are in the entry area downstairs. High speed internet service, Cable TV, VCR, CD player, tape deck and radio are included. Local phone service is provided. Cable modems are available. The upstairs porch is a fantastic private place to observe the neighborhood and watch great sunsets over the lake.
the large kitchen and dining area is 24' x 12' with 2 dormers, 6 windows. A wall was removed to open up this area and make it feel more intimate, and the floor was sanded in June 2005. These rooms have great panoramic views of the lake from the north window and west. The east window looks out onto a large flower garden and fountain, as well as Mt. Philo.	The living room is also large, 18x22. It has a cable TV, VCR, CD/tape player and radio. The private porch entrance is to the right. Wall-wall carpeting was recently removed, exposing beautiful maple floors. Ahead is the west bedroom. Stairs down are on the immediate right.
The east bedroom is quite spacious, with 2 dormers. It also has a queen sized bed.
The west bedroom has a large closet, a queen sized bed, and fantastic views of the lake and mountains from the third floor.	The view from one of the dining area windows.
