Apartment #3

Each furnished apartment is quite spacious, with great views of Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains. Ideal for the business traveler, house buyer, renovation relocation, or for a Vermont vacation (2 week minimum)

Apt. #3 is very warm and comfortable, with original woodwork throughout. It has Queen-size beds in each of  2 bedrooms, with a fold-out futon in the living room. Complete kitchens include full size appliances. A washer & dryer are in each apartment. The wardrobe contains a 32" TV, CD player, radio and DVD. Each Apt. has its own convenient telephone line. We have cable TV & cable high speech internet connectivity, (both wired and wireless) with a wide assortment of options.

South Bedroom. (12' x 14') Out the window beyond this queen bed is the large porch (10' x 32') that goes with the Apt.

Hall: This large central hallway once contained the main stairway for the Inn. The original woodwork is quite ornate. Most guests use this area as an office, using the desk for their computer(s).

Full Bath: The east bathroom has recently been renovated, and is not yet pictured. The washer and dryer have been moved to a larger space. 

South Bedroom. (12' x 14') Out the south facing window beyond this queen bed is the large porch (10' x 32') that goes with the apartment.

North Bedroom: This 12' x 10' bedroom is in the northwest corner of this section of the house. Big views of the mountains and lake are contrasted with a view of Mt. Philo. This room has a walk in closet.

Kitchen: This connects with the dining area pictured below beyond the antique kitchen sink to the left.

Middle Bath: This full bathroom connects to the South bedroom as well as with the central hallway. The tin tub and antique marble corner sink, as well as all the original woodwork, make this bathroom one that evokes frequent compliments..

Dining Area: This area is spacious and warm.
